For all full price purchases we offer a 30 day Return and Exchange Guarantee.

If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your Loopit Safety Leash within 30 days you can return or exchange your leash.

Returns will be refunded (less the initial cost of shipping) when we receive the leash back in original condition. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Exchanges for a different size will be processed when we receive the leash back in original condition. You will be responsible for all shipping costs as well as any price difference for the new size of leash.

 

Sale or Discounted Purchases

Sale price or discounted price purchases are Final Sales.

Only full price purchases are eligible for return or exchange.

You will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return your full price purchase the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
