If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your Loopit Safety Leash within 30 days, you can return it for a full refund (if applicable) or exchange it for a different size (additional prices may apply). We only ask that the leash is in its original condition.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale. However exchanges can be made while honoring the discount that was used at checkout for the original item.
